Marsden Project Services is led by Bill Marsden, a highly experienced project and programme professional with 30 years’ experience across public, private and charitable organisations. Bill has shaped and led projects from early strategy and investment planning through to delivery and operational use, helping clients secure funding and deliver facilities that make a genuine difference to clients and communities.

His work includes major healthcare infrastructure, commercial property, strategic estates planning, organisational change programmes and specialist business case development for complex capital schemes.

Bill believes that successful projects are built on collaboration, clarity and rigorous planning, ensuring benefits are realised and outcomes are measurable.
