Marsden Project Services (“the company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone whose personal information it handles. The company will keep all such personal information it acquires and holds confidential. Data are stored within email accounts, or on computer hard drives backed up to secure cloud storage and an external hard drive. Computers are password protected. The external hard drive is locked at the company’s business premises.

The company will not sell any personal information to third parties nor share any personal information with third parties.

The company will not use excessively intrusive cookies on its website.

Any Subject Access Request (SAR) should be made to: the Data Controller, Marsden Project Services Ltd, 13 Burns Close, London, SW19 1TX. SARs will be dealt with as fully as possible within the statutory response time.
