Approved cases delivered for:

  • Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust – three strategic capital cases including Community Health & Care Hub (Epsom)

  • Dorset Healthcare – expansion of Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit

  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich – major infrastructure upgrade (£40m)

  • Croydon University Hospital – new Intensive Treatment Unit

  • University Hospitals Sussex – decarbonised district heating system for Worthing Hospital to support Net Zero Carbon goals

  • Guy’s & St Thomas’ – Principal Treatment Centre for Children’s Cancer (co-author)

  • Multiple projects for South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

All these business cases received approval, were funded, and progressed to delivery or operational use.

  • British Airways (Heathrow) – refurbishment of three aircraft hangars

  • Friends of Highgate Cemetery Trust – project managed major masterplan programme to RIBA Stage 3
